Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers and staff, we are unable to accept returns. All Sales are Final and no refunds will be provided.

Please inspect your order upon receiving your shipment and contact us immediately if your item is missing, defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue.

Rhino Medical Supply, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to issue store credit or send replacement goods to correct shipping or logistical issues, or for items damaged in transit.

Rhino Medical Supply, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to allow certain products to be returned. A request to return a product must be initiated within 30 days of the order and must be submitted to sales@rhinomedicalsupply.com with the order information and the reasons the return is requested. If Rhino Medical Supply approves the return the returned goods must be in their original, unopened packaging without damage to the product or packaging.

If Rhino Medical Supply Inc agrees to the return of product, the following conditions apply;

  1. The returned items will be shipped back to Rhino Medical Supply Inc at the customers expense
  2. A restocking fee of 25% applies
  3. Certain products and product categories can not be returned due to the nature of the product, and for the health and safety of our staff and future customers.
  4. Rhino Medical Supply will offer a store credit for any approved returned goods, less the restocking fee, once they have been received, inspected, and found to be in their original condition.
