Lance was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, and attended the University of South Carolina before receiving his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Wife, Krishan, and children Larkin and Knox complete the family. They live in Columbia, SC.

Rashad received his degree in psychology, with an emphasis on life coaching, from Liberty University. He grew up in Spartanburg, SC, and lives in Duncan, SC with his wife, Erica, and children, Kennedy and Khamryn.

Nurse with over 26 years experience. Held leadership roles across clinical, information technology and supply chain. Most recently led corporate value analysis at a large IDN before joining Rhino. Looking forward to bringing superior and cost-effective products to clinicians that bring value not just to the organization but to the bedside.
