Lance was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, and attended the University of South Carolina before receiving his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Wife, Krishan, and children Larkin and Knox complete the family. They live in Columbia, SC. 

Rashad received his degree in psychology, with an emphasis on life coaching, from Liberty University. He grew up in Spartanburg, SC, and lives in Duncan, SC with his wife, Erica, and children, Kennedy and Khamryn.
